Who we are

JKA Holdings LLC develops and operates ProPilot, a property-management and accounting platform for commercial real estate operators. This notice covers the public website at propilot-ai.com and describes the intended use of the planned bank-data connection.

The application under development works with property and lease records, billing, receipts, accounting entries and imported bank statements. This public website does not accept uploads of those records or provide access to a platform workspace.

Information on this website

• Technical information. Cloudflare hosts the website and may process IP addresses, browser information and request details to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare services may also process performance and usage information.
• Information you send us. When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any other information you choose to provide.

The website has no sign-in, bank-connection or payment forms. JKA Holdings LLC does not embed advertising scripts in these pages. This does not mean the hosting provider processes no technical or usage information.

Please do not email banking passwords, API keys or complete account numbers.

How information is used and handled

Information from inquiries is used to respond, follow up on the subject of your request, and handle related product, privacy or security questions. Technical information helps the hosting provider deliver, maintain and protect the website.

Website requests and email correspondence are handled through the hosting and email service providers used to deliver the site and receive or answer messages. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices. External websites linked from ProPilot have their own privacy policies.

The planned bank-data use described below is for property accounting and reconciliation, not advertising or the sale or rental of financial information.

Planned bank-data access

Plaid connectivity is planned and not yet live in ProPilot. Initial validation is planned with JKA Holdings LLC and affiliated account holders, with the relevant account holder’s authorization.

• Data: account-identifying details needed to manage the connection, account balances and transaction history.
• Purpose: business cash visibility, property accounting and matching bank activity to ledger records.
• Authorization: the intended connection uses Plaid Link and the financial institution’s authentication flow where applicable. Visiting this website or contacting us does not authorize bank access.
• Scope: this planned data-reading connection will not initiate payments, ACH debits or transfers. Recording a receipt or classifying a transfer in the books is not an instruction to move money.

During initial validation, connected information is intended for authorized people acting for the relevant account holder and service providers necessary to deliver the connection. Plaid describes its own handling of information in its End User Privacy Policy.

Before a live connection is offered, users will receive the applicable data-use, retention and connection-removal information as part of the connection process. Any additional data use will be described before the relevant collection or sharing begins.

Retention and connection removal

Retention depends on the information involved, the purpose for which it was provided, whether a related inquiry or issue remains open, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to ask about information you have sent or to request its deletion.

For future bank connections, stopping further access and deleting previously obtained information are separate actions. Connection-removal instructions and the handling of previously obtained data will be provided before live access is enabled.

Accounting or legal records may need to be retained where applicable requirements call for it. A retention requirement for a particular record does not mean every piece of bank information must be kept indefinitely.

To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, email info@jkahds.com. Tell us what information or interaction your request concerns without including sensitive account credentials.

We may need to verify your identity or authority to act for an account holder. The handling of a request depends on the information involved and applicable rights and recordkeeping requirements.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page as the website and ProPilot’s data practices change and revise the date above. New platform features or bank connectivity may require additional notices and authorization at the point of use. This website does not grant access to those services.
